All products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.
Once payment is completed, the product key will be displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to your email.
3. Delivery
All products are delivered automatically and instantly after successful payment.
Delivery is made via:
- The order confirmation page.
- And the customer’s email address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address.
If you do not receive your key, please contact us for assistance.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers such as PayPal.
We do not store or have access to your payment details.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Refund and Replacement Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once the key has been successfully delivered. However, if a key is proven to be faulty or invalid, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product key does not activate successfully and clear proof is provided.
To request a replacement or refund, the customer must provide:
- A screenshot of the activation error message.
- A screenshot showing the activation attempt.
- A screenshot showing the product key entered.
Verification may take up to 48 hours as we coordinate with our suppliers.
This information is required so we can verify the issue with the key.
We reserve the right to verify all claims before issuing a replacement or refund.
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- The key has already been successfully activated.
- The key was used on another device.
- The customer entered the key incorrectly.
- The customer purchased the wrong product.
- The customer changed their mind after receiving the key.
- The customer’s system is incompatible.
In verified cases of invalid keys, we may offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
6. License and Product Usage
All keys sold are intended for personal use only.
Keys cannot be resold, shared, transferred, or redistributed.
OEM keys are permanently linked to the device they are activated on and cannot be transferred to another device.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unsupported systems.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Using the product according to instructions.
- Ensuring compatibility with their device.
We are not responsible for user errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues resulting from:
- Incorrect use of the product.
- Incompatibility with customer hardware or software.
- Customer misuse or incorrect activation.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
Additional verification may be required before completing certain orders.
