1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on our website are digital products delivered electronically.

Once a product key has been displayed on the screen or delivered via email, the product is considered delivered and cannot be returned.

Digital products cannot be physically returned.

2. No Refunds for Delivered Keys

Once a digital key has been delivered, the order becomes non-refundable.

This includes cases where:

  • The customer changes their mind.
  • The customer purchased the wrong product.
  • The customer no longer needs the product.
  • The customer did not read the product description.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.

3. Activated or Used Keys

Any product key that has been activated or used is strictly non-refundable.

Activated keys are permanently linked to the customer’s device or account and cannot be resold or reused.

Refund requests for activated keys will be rejected.

4. Faulty or Invalid Keys

If a product key fails to activate, the customer must provide clear proof.

Required proof includes:

  • Screenshot showing the activation attempt.
  • Screenshot showing the activation error message.
  • Screenshot showing the product key entered.

We reserve the right to verify the key with our supplier.

If the key is confirmed to be invalid and unused, we will provide:

  • A replacement key, or.
  • A refund, at our discretion.

Replacement is the primary solution.

5. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to claim refunds after using a key.
  • Providing false or altered screenshots.
  • Attempting to exploit refund policies.

We also reserve the right to suspend or block customers involved in suspicious activity.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before the digital key has been delivered.

Once the key has been delivered or accessed, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their device and system before purchasing.

Refunds will not be issued due to compatibility issues.

8. Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend access to our services and refuse future orders.

We encourage customers to contact support first to resolve any issues.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.
